Is the contract billed monthly, quarterly, or annually?

We typically bill on annual contracts, as that aligns best with how customers seelong-term value. Quarterly plans are available on request for early-stage startups.

What’s your data retention policy?

Free plan: Data is retained for 1 month.
Paid plans: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, we retain your data for 90 days before permanently deleting it.

How do you store data? How privacy-friendly is Factors.ai?

Factors.ai is built with data privacy and security at its core.

  • Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with strict access controls,encryption in transit and at rest, and regular audits.
  • We’re fully GDPR-compliant, and you have granular control over whatdata is collected, processed, and retained.
  • We do not rely on cookie-based tracking or collect personally identifiableinformation unless explicitly configured to do so.
  • Factors.ai is also SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, ensuringenterprise-grade security standards across our systems and operations.

What are MTUs?

MTUs are the number of unique visitors or users we track across your properties each month. This is one of the variables used for pricing on some plans.

What if I need some features as add-ons?
